9:30       work meditation (karma yoga=“action union”)


10:00      break
10:15      meditation in the hall with Q-&-A time
11:15      walking meditation
12:00      meditation in the hall
12:45      lunch and rest

3:30       meditation in the hall
4:15       walking
5:00       teachings
6:00       walking or continued practice in the hall


6:30       light supper
7:45       meditation
8:30       optional meditative singing
9:00      rest or continued individual practice
